Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may take 7–10 working days to process if approved.

Note: Refunds are not applicable once funds are allocated or utilized for a campaign or program.

• Remote/rural areas: Additional time may apply

• For large bulk shipments (e.g., merchandise orders), additional charges may apply and will be clearly communicated.

Courier Partners:
We use trusted services like India Post, DTDC, or other logistics partners.
